 What if a product is sold out?

At Tyger Gifts, we attempt to ensure that only available products can be added to your on-line shopping cart. Nevertheless, some products may become unavailable shortly after your order has been placed due to an increased interest at certain times of the year. When this happens, you will be notified via e-mail that your product is on backorder or is sold out and no longer available; therefore, it is important that you include a valid e-mail when ordering. Rest assured that we won't bill your credit card until after we ship the item and we won't ding you with additional charges for shipping back-ordered items separately.

 Need to make a return or exchange?

We accept any return for any reason as long as the gear is in its original condition and original packaging and is returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt. Check out our returns and exchanges section for more specific information about returns.

 Will I get a receipt with a confirmation after I’ve placed my order?

After your order is place you will get a confirmation e-mail that will confirm we have received your order and provide you with your order number. After your order is shipped, you will be provided info. on your order, including item description(s), quantity, and date shipped, along with a handy tracking number.

 What are my payment choices? When will you charge my credit card?

We are happy to accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover, and American Express. Sorry, we don’t accept C.O.D. orders. We’ll go ahead and charge your credit card once your order is shipped, but not for any back ordered items. Please make sure that the billing address you provide is the same one as the billing address that your credit card company has on file, or your order cannot be processed.

How do I know what size of clothes to order?

Tyger Gifts carries a lot of items from many different brands and manufacturers. Because of this, sizes may vary a bit. That means a size Medium from one brand might fit slightly differently than a size Medium from another brand. In general, most of our clothes have a casual, non-tailored fit, so if you order your usual size you should be okay. See our size scale for more info. Of course, if you need to exchange an item for a different size, you can. See our return policy for more information.

 What items apply to coupons?

The only items excluded from coupons are special orders, drop shipped items, merchandise that is out of stock (no rain checks), Gift Certificates, sale items, or shipping costs.

 Where do I ship my returned items for refund or exchange?

To send back merchandise for a return or exchange, please package it securely and ship it to Tyger Gifts, 3030 Severn Ave, Suite 8, Metairie, LA 70002 with some sort of Delivery Confirmation. Simply enclose the packing slip that was sent with the original shipment.

What is a back-order?

When you order an item and it’s out of stock, we’ll ship it to you as soon as possible. Rest assured that we won't bill your credit card until after we ship the item and we won't ding you with additional charges for shipping back-ordered items separately. Please note, though, if you place an order Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air and we have to do a split shipment because some items are back-ordered, those items will then be sent out ground.

How will my order be shipped? Can I get express shipping? How much does it cost?

We use UPS as our primary method of shipping but also use the United States Post Office depending on who we feel can be the most cost efficient and time efficient for your order and based on the insurability of your order. We follow UPS's policy on delivery times and their policy on refunds regarding shipping charges. We do offer express shipping by UPS. UPS offers Saturday deliver, however, it's an additional $20 on top of the Next Day Delivery charge. Please only use street addresses when placing orders, as UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Alaska and Hawaii shipments can only be sent by air, 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air. Check our shipping section for more information.

When will my products be shipped?

While our goal is to have the order shipped from our warehouses within 48 hours of receiving your order, when everyone is excited about LSU, ex.: the start of the season, Christmas season, Bowl Games, Championships, it may take up to 14 days to process orders with ground service. Every attempt is made to ship Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air orders within 14 days. Weekends, holidays and unusually high order volume periods can sometimes put a kink in the shipping process and cause slight delays. We’ll go ahead and e-mail a tracking number to you once your order has been shipped. Your credit card is not charged until we ship the items. Please do not contact the shipping department about the status of orders placed within the past few weeks, as they are very busy trying to process orders. You will receive a confirmation notice once the order has been shipped.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Our return policy is easy

Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return or exchange any item in its original condition, in its original packaging to the same address it was shipped from and we will replace it or exchange it for you and apply any refund in the same form in which it was paid for. A 20% restocking fee applies to all drop ship items and items returned over 30 days or not in their original condition and packaging.

Return process at-a-glance

So you’re not thrilled with your order? Whatever the reason, whether you were sent the wrong product, or you ended up with a defective item, simply return the item(s) within 30 days and we will exchange or refund your credit card. Just enclose the item(s) in a secure package and send with your receipt. For your protection, please use UPS, Insured Parcel Post or Federal Express for shipment.

We won’t make you pay for our mistakes

If by no fault of your own, you received an item that was either defective or shipped to you by mistake we’ll reimburse you if you return the item(s) to us within 30 days. Not only will we fix the problem, but we’ll credit you for the cost of the return shipping, not to exceed your original shipping charge. All you need to do is include your shipping receipt with your returned merchandise.

Nobody’s perfect

If you ordered an item by mistake and realized that it just won’t do, you pay for return shipping. Once the store from which it was shipped receives your returned item(s), you will be shipped an exchange item or - if you prefer - your card will be reimbursed for the price of the item and sales tax (if any), but not for any shipping costs.

If the package is considered oversize by UPS standards, the rates for Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air may change. If it is considered oversize, we will first contact you before processing your order to come up with the best shipping method and rate to serve your needs. If you would like to use your own UPS or FedEx account number, there will be a $3 handling fee.

You will find the Tyger Gifts store in Metairie, LA. Tyger Gifts is required to collect taxes on shipments sent to states where Tyger Gifts has either an office or employee. Therefore, we will only charge sales tax for orders from the state of Louisiana..

Buy it

As soon as you hit the Proceed to Checkout button, you will begin the checkout process. We'll walk you through the steps necessary to complete your order, and give you the opportunity to choose from a variety of shipping options. Don't worry, you haven't finalized your order till you click the Place Your Order button that appears at the very end of the purchase process. Also, remember that we never charge your credit card until your order ships. An exception to this is drop ship items from the manufacturer. Those items are charged at the time you place your order. Drop ship items are excluded from our promotional discounts.
